StartReMinder is a personal task planner and productivity assistant. The Service offers intelligent task creation, natural language schedule parsing, category organization, reminder chimes, local browser-based data storage, and optional integration with Google Drive (for private file backups) and Google Calendar (for event reminder synchronization).
StartReMinder respects your data sovereignty. All tasks, schedules, and checklists are owned entirely by you. We do not operate central database repositories that inspect or monetize user task data. Use of Google services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Google's respective Terms of Service.
You agree to use StartReMinder solely for legitimate personal or organizational productivity purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service infrastructure, nor use the service to transmit malicious code.
StartReMinder integrates with third-party APIs provided by Google LLC. When using Google Drive or Google Calendar sync, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and understand that data transmitted through Google APIs is subject to Google's standard security and uptime terms.
The visual design, brand assets, logos, and software code of StartReMinder are the intellectual property of Startup Opinions. All task content, notes, and checklist entries created by you remain your exclusive property.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for optimal reliability, Startup Opinions does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Opinions and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. You may revoke Google API access at any time through Google Account Security settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of abuse or terms violations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
